If you need to contact us about a problem with a Phone-paid Service, we will try to offer advice, but please provide as much information as possible, including:
- The correct number related to the charges
- The name of the “service” to which you are supposed to have subscribed
- What the texts you have received said
- Which network you are with
- When the charges started
- How much money is involved
- Confirmation that you have sent a STOP message as advised on our website and whether this has successfully stopped further charges
- Confirmation that you have been refused a refund by the service provider and an indication of what they said
We will not reply to messages where none of this information has been supplied, as we will be unable to help.
